We are now a Verified Known Shipper (VKS) with Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air Cargo.

What does this mean for Apex? This means we can take parcels weighing up to 100 lbs directly to the Air Cargo facility at the Eugene Airport and they can be shipped to the cities and zones listed on the Alaska Airlines website. Sometimes it is a direct flight and will only take a few hours other times it has to transfer flight and it will take longer. Either way it is an exciting new way for us to move our materials/merchandise from one location to another quickly when necessary in a fairly reasonable price range (much cheaper than Red UPS and overnight Fed-Ex).
